Megan Johnson: Senior Executive Director
I moved to Hayward in the summer of 2015 after completing my Associates degree in Business Management and started with Aspen Acres in November. In March of 2018, I accepted the Administrator position. In 2022, received my Dementia Care Pathway Certificate. My husband and I enjoy spending time with our chocolate lab and our two daughters. We enjoy anything outdoors especially camping, fishing, dirt track racing and getting dirty.
JoAn Moncel: Registered Nurse
I was born and raised in Hayward as was my husband of 47 years. I have 2 children and 8 grandchildren. I have worked as an RN in the Hayward Community for over 40 years. I have enjoyed a variety of RN positions over the years including in the clinics, emergency and operating room, on the medical surgical unit and most recently working for Regional Hospice Services. I thoroughly enjoy being a nurse in my community. In my free time, I enjoy hiking, camping, knitting, reading and volunteering at Element Church.
